KeepTrim is a tracking and habit app for people who have stopped, are tapering, or plan to stop a GLP-1 medication. It records the weigh-ins, appetite and food-noise check-ins, protein and strength sessions you enter, and compares your 7-day average with a weight band you choose. It has no account; what you log is stored on your device.
KeepTrim does not give medical advice and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. It never tells you to stop, start, restart or change a medication. The early warning is information about your own 7-day average, not a diagnosis; it may suggest a check-in with your prescriber, and that decision is yours. Protein targets and the strength routine are general information, not a plan made for you. If your weight, appetite or how you feel worries you, contact your prescriber; in an emergency, call your local emergency number. Stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
KeepTrim is free to use, with an optional Premium subscription billed through the Apple App Store under its terms. A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple. We never see or handle your payment card.
Because KeepTrim has no account, your log exists only on your device and in your own device backup. We cannot see it and cannot restore it for you. You can export it or erase it at any time in Settings, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Don't use the app to break the law, or to interfere with the service or other people's use of it. We may suspend accounts that do.
The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including a missed reminder or warning, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
These terms are between you and New Day Industries LLC, not Apple. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app, and Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries.
We may update these terms; the date above changes, and we say so in the app when the change matters. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where New Day Industries LLC is organized. Questions: [email protected].
